The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. The course has 4 modules. Recommendation: Complete the course in 4-8 weeks for maximum results.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. We are committed to evolving this course for greater value over time and as we do you will have access to any new updates and materials.

How long will this course take to complete?
It's entirely up to you because it is self-paced. The videos have been kept to between 2 - 10 minutes each. A downloadable workbook provides all the worksheets + exercises for each module. We recommend taking 1 week or more per module to give yourself time to thoughtfully do the exercises and integrate the learning into your daily life.
What is the difference between the two purchase options?
We created two options for you to ensure you get the most from the program. Master Your Time - Self Study ($197) - Online Course Experience only. Master Your Time - Guided ($397) - Online Course Experience + Two 45-Minute Private Coaching Calls to provide you with additional support, accountability and conversation to enrich your experience.
Can I add a coaching call to a purchased package?
Yes! We understand that you might not realize that you want added support until you are inside the program. You can add a coaching call at any time. We added this option to the course very intentionally.
